Cross Class
Cross Classing causes your character to not gain their level 30 and 40 class specific skills and / or bonuses. Although this does not apply to the racial abilities. If a Warrior chose to go Summoner or Driver they would gain the ability to Summon Animus rf online gold, or Pilot an MAU.
Once you have cross classed you are forced at the 3rd class change to choose one of the 3rd tier classes for your third class for example:
A Warrior chooses to Ranger at level 30 they would then be forced to choose a 3rd tier ranger class at level 40, even though this would not allow any class specific skills to be available to them, apart from the Ranger tier 3 skills.
